Today, I’m introducing “Inabaya Iekei Ramen” in Gifu City, Gifu Prefecture!
I ordered the “Extra Meat Ramen (Regular Size)”
Known by many as one of the best Iekei ramen shops in Gifu, this bowl features a rich and creamy tonkotsu shoyu broth that is packed with flavor while remaining surprisingly easy to drink. The medium-thick noodles pair perfectly with the soup!
Loaded with premium toppings including chashu pork, seasoned egg, and nori seaweed, the Special Ramen is incredibly satisfying. Every bite delivers a perfect balance of savory pork richness and sharp soy sauce flavor.
It also goes amazingly well with a bowl of rice, so I highly recommend ordering one on the side! If you’re a fan of Iekei ramen, this is a must-try spot in Gifu!
